About Us
Ram Restoration is a restoration company based in Moraine, Ohio, helping property owners recover from damage and get back to normal as quickly as possible. We're looking for a detail-oriented AP Bookkeeper to keep our payables accurate, organized, and on time.

What You'll Do

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and on schedule, including coding, approval routing, and entry in QuickBooks Online
• Maintain strong vendor relationships by answering inquiries, keeping records current, and resolving billing issues
• Research and resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and statements
• Collect and maintain W-9s and support year-end 1099 preparation
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close
• Use Excel to track, analyze, and report on payables data
• Meet payment deadlines while keeping documentation organized and audit-ready

What You Bring

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• A solid understanding of basic debits and credits
• Familiarity with 1099 and W-9 requirements
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• The ability to research problems and follow them through to resolution
• Excellent organization and time management, with a track record of meeting deadlines

Nice to Have

• Accounting experience in construction or restoration (preferred, not required)
