What they need
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลใน Stock Card เทียบกับข้อมูลจริงในระบบ และบันทึกรายการรับ-จ่ายสินค้า
- จัดทำรายงานต้นทุนสินค้า และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนของต้นทุน
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดรับเข้า-จ่ายออก และรายงานสินค้าคงเหลือรายเดือน, รายไตรมาส, รายปี
- จัดทำและตรวจนับสต๊อกสินค้าตามที่กำหนด เช่น รายเดือนและรายปี และจัดทำรายการกระทบยอด (Reconciliation) พร้อมระบุสาเหตุหากมีผลต่าง
- บันทึกบัญชีตั้งหนี้ในระบบ และดำเนินการจับคู่สามทาง (3-way matching) เพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้องของใบสั่งซื้อ ใบรับสินค้า และใบแจ้งหนี้
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมายประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน และพัฒนาทีมให้มี Succession Plan
