หน้าที่หลัก:
จัดการและประสานงานกับผู้ขายในการตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้ และดำเนินการเบิกจ่ายตรงตามข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารสำคัญทางการเงิน เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบรับ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ ในการติดตามและจัดการผลลัพธ์ทางการเงินที่ครบกำหนดชำระ
มีความรู้ด้านการบัญชี การคลัง และการจัดการเอกสารการเงินที่ดี
มีประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีเจ้าหนี้อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
