AP Commission Specialist

Job Summary

The Commission Specialist is responsible for accurately calculating, processing, and

managing commission, incentives and other related payments for the sales team. This

role ensures timely and accurate commission payouts while maintaining compliance with

company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commission Calculation and Processing:

• Calculate and process commission payments based on the approved promo, mechanics or guidelines and ensure that correct expanded withholding tax rate and VAT is applied.
• Verify data accuracy from various sources.
• Validates internal documents pertaining to commission and incentive computations.
• Provide commission & incentive slips for seller’s information and Invoice issuance and checks the veracity of Invoice issued by the Sellers before proceeding with the payment processing.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin, Sales Planning, Sales Booking, Treasury and/or Sellers regarding any issues in connection to commission processing; address discrepancies and resolve commission-related issues promptly.
• Respond and resolve inquiries of sellers either via e-mail, company issued phone or face to face.
• Distribute sellers’ BIR 2307 quarterly or as requested.
• Maintains files and records processed by the team.
• Perform other tasks as maybe assigned.

2. Reporting and Analytics:

• Prepare team’s weekly productivity reports
• Prepare monthly commission accrual and aging reports.
• Conduct a quarterly clean-up of payables and receivables related to commission and incentive processing.
• Prepare other reports as maybe assigned.
