Your Team & Role We are looking for an AP Intern to join our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team in Budapest. This position provides essential administrative support to Accounts Payable operations through invoice handling, document management and data processing activities. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented student who enjoys working in a structured environment and contributing to smooth financial operations.

Your Impact

• Open and sort incoming post and accounting documents
• Scan invoices and supporting documentation
• Archive financial documents according to company procedures
• Validate invoice information and ensure data accuracy
• Perform data entry activities in finance systems
• Support the Accounts Payable team with administrative tasks
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in daily operations
• Assist with additional finance-related activities as required by the team

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Ongoing university studies
• Availability for 20-25 hours per week
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• High level of precision and attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Fluent Hungarian and English skills, both verbal and written
• Previous administrative or finance-related experience is an advantage

Your Workplace AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
