AP Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct store and market spot checks and accurately encode collected data.
• Assist in social media monitoring, content coordination, and engagement tracking.
• Support the inventory monitoring and tallying of promotional materials.
• Gather and consolidate data for trade reports, price monitoring surveys, market potential studies, and business analytics.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding marketing activities and data requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the department as needed.
• Perform other tasks and special projects assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, Economics, or related courses.
• Must render a minimum of 480 internship/OJT hours
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling data accurately.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and data gathering when required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and gain practical marketing experience.
