Pay $120,000 - $145,000 base salary

Location Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AP Process Improvement Analyst to join a leading, multi-billion dollar organization specializing in commercial HVAC manufacturing. This role offers the flexibility of remote work for qualified candidates, with travel to Irving, TX as needed. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining accounts payable processes, leading process improvement initiatives, and supporting the implementation of Dynamics 365 and Ex-Flow solutions. Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable process improvement and automation
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Familiarity with Ex-Flow or similar AP automation tools
• Leadership skills with experience building and leading teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to analyze processes and implement effective solutions
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or enterprise environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and address gaps in the AP processes for enhanced efficiency
• Lead initiatives to automate and optimize accounts payable workflows
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to support Dynamics 365 implementation
• Manage and build a team of process improvement specialists
• Develop and implement best practices for AP procedures
• Support the organization during system upgrades and new implementations
• Provide ongoing training and support to ensure process adherence and continuous improvement
