  Position Overview

  We are seeking a dynamic and passionate AP Spanish teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence and student growth, bring creativity to their instruction, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. This position includes opportunities to teach AP courses and for leadership.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and standards-based instruction
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect student needs and curriculum goals
  • Establish a classroom culture that promotes learning, respect, and high expectations
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities
  • Assess and track student performance; provide feedback and intervention as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership
  • Participate in professional development sessions and school-wide initiatives
  • Support school events, field trips, and community-building activities
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including attendance, grading, and lesson planning
  • Adhere to all school, district, and network policies and procedures

  Required Qualifications

  • Valid New Jersey CE, CEAS, or Standard teaching certification (or eligibility for certification)
  • Must pass a criminal history background check
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

  Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 � $95,000 commensurate with experience
