AP Specialist - 1 -2 Month Contract

About the opportunity:

• Review high volumes of invoices submitted through Concur.
• Ensure invoices are accurately coded and routed to the appropriate individuals for authorization.
• Monitor invoice workflows to ensure accuracy and proper processing.
• Process payments through cheque, EFT, and other payment methods.
• Handle intercompany transactions (trainable).
• Prepare journal entries as required.

About you:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with high-volume invoice processing and review experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills, particularly PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with NetSuite or Concur is mandatory.
