AP SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Verification and Processing
• Payment Operations
• Reconciliations and Closing Duties
• Philippine Statutory and Tax Compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (for junior roles).
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with Philippine taxation and BIR documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
