APAC Advisory Associate

ROLE

ExodusPoint Capital is seeking an Advisory Associate to help maintain broker relationships in the region and support our investment team’s Corporate Access needs. This role consists of the ability to solve problems, analyze and present data, communicate clearly, and take initiative while keeping the team running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple team members and external collaborators.

Responsibilities

Corporate Access Coordination

• Receive and appropriately prioritize incoming Corporate Access requests from investment professionals, logging priority (high/medium/low) and liaising with the correct broker contact
• Coordinate NDRs, conferences, field trips and bespoke corporate meetings for APAC teams, ensuring engagements are logged in CorpAxe within the compliance window
• Contribute to and maintain the weekly Corporate Access calendar and circulate upcoming APAC events to the relevant teams.

Broker Relationship Management

• Act as day-to-day point of contact for APAC sell-side relationship managers (sales) and Corporate Access teams
• Manage broker onboarding and agreements – trials, subscriptions, compliance due-diligence questionnaires – for APAC providers
• Track subscriptions & trials per PM team, flagging upcoming expirations ahead of renewal deadlines

Consumption, Invoicing and Reconciliation

• Reconcile broker invoices against consumption data
• Support budget-vs-consumption reporting for the APAC business
• Work closely with the high-touch trading desk to monitor consumption, budget and commission payments

Reporting & Analytics

• Work with Global Advisory Lead to contribute APAC data to the semi-annual Broker Vote process
• Host a quarterly check-in with key broker counterparts between voting cycles
• Help to maintain hit-rate and corporate access attendance analytics and trackers
• Assist Advisory Lead with ad hoc reports and broker performance summaries for PM/Management review

Compliance & Process

• Follow and enforce ExodusPoint Corporate Access policy requirements
• Keep APAC coverage lists and broker contact records up-to-date

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• 2 years’ minimum Corporate Access experience
• Ability to prioritize and manage to deadlines
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, complex and highly matrixed environment
• Proactive, motivated and results oriented individual capable of partnering with diverse perspectives and backgrounds
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Strong service orientation and willingness to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to always maintain confidentiality and trust

Pay: $7,500,000.00 - $8,500,000.00 per year
