APAC战略分析师-全球商业化战略和分析

职位描述 1、作为全球商业化侧出海及APAC业务的战略合作伙伴，定期扫描出海及APAC地区广告行业及相关重点公司的前沿动态，从行业趋势及生态、广告产品及投放等角度深度研究，为业务发展提供行业判断和决策支持；

2、为业务建立完整的经营性分析体系，定期追踪业务进展，并输出业务发展分析报告，发现业务潜在问题与瓶颈，为阶段性关键决策提供分析支持，输出策略和可落地建议；

3、支持公司跨部门、跨地区项目合作，推动项目落地。

职位要求 1、3年以上互联网战略、管理咨询公司工作经验，有行业调研经验及数字广告行业经验尤佳；

2、对数据敏感，善于从数据分析中得出业务发展的动态和问题，熟练使用Excel，有SQL技能尤佳；

3、良好的沟通能力和组织能力，能够适应环境变化，解决复杂问题，有和业务管理层沟通合作经验尤佳；

4、能快速学习，有自驱力，好奇心强，有结构化思考与分析能力；

5、熟练掌握英语听说读写能力，有丰富的跨团队项目合作以及沟通经验，能配合跨国别团队工作。
