Accounts Payable/Receivables Analyst

Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk

• The AP/AR clerk will check and approve all vouchers for payment.
• Prepare invoice deduction notices, review coded invoices as necessary
• Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
• Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
• Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.

Experience Preferred For The Role

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivables
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Solid computer skills
• Use Excel and be able to do reports as needed.
• Netsuite Experience required
