What they need
We are seeking an excellent leasing agent for one of our flagship buildings on the north side of Chicago.
This 300+-unit building, is undergoing a gut rehab. We are adding many high-end amenities to every unit.
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree / Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of proven successful leasing experience
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Schedule:
Must be willing to work 40-45 hours per week, including 5 hours on Saturday.
Salaried job – no commission
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
