Apartment turn Technician

Overview

**True North Turn Services is growing!**We are looking for at least 2 motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team. At least 1 person for the Sacramento are and at least 1 person for the Yuba City area. 40 hours per week. We are looking for go-getters who take pride in their work and know how to get the job done! Experience in multifamily apartment maintenance, unit turns, and painting is required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities May Include:

• Apartment move-out and unit turns
• Interior painting and touch-ups
• Drywall patching and repairs
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Replacing fixtures, hardware, and other apartment items
• Preparing apartments to be rent-ready
• Identifying and completing maintenance needs
• Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or apartment turnover roles with a strong background in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC repair, and painting.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics, electrical equipment repair, HVAC systems, plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience supervising or leading maintenance teams is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and resident interactions.
• Experience with maintenance, repair operations (MRO), building interior maintenance, facilities maintenance or related fields is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise projects or junior staff effectively.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
