APEX SENIOR DEVELOPER

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled APEX Senior Developer to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in Oracle APEX and database technologies to architect, develop, and maintain robust enterprise applications. You will be instrumental in driving technical excellence, ensuring high-performance solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects that align with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using Oracle APEX, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.
• Craft efficient and optimized SQL queries and PL/SQL blocks to support complex data manipulation and business logic.
• Manage APEX collections effectively to enhance session handling and application state management.
• Integrate external systems by developing and consuming RESTful web services to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Implement responsive user interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Perform database administration tasks to maintain the health, security, and availability of Oracle databases.
• Collaborate within Agile environments, utilizing Git or SVN for version control and participating in DevOps pipelines to streamline deployment processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 6 to 8 years of professional experience in software development, specifically within the IT Services sector.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Oracle APEX Development and application lifecycle management.
• Show strong command over SQL and PL/SQL programming for data-intensive operations.
• Have hands-on experience with APEX_COLLECTION management and optimization techniques.
• Be skilled in building and consuming RESTful Web Services for system integration.
• Exhibit solid capabilities in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Possess knowledge of Oracle Database Administration principles.
• Be familiar with version control systems like Git or SVN and have experience working in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
