APEX Tech Lead

We are searching for a Tech Lead Oracle APEX !

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and development of enterprise applications using Oracle APEX .
• Define application architecture, development standards and technical best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to development teams.
• Participate actively in development, code reviews and troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
• Design and optimise PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions and database objects .
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security and maintainability.
• Support the modernisation and migration of existing applications to Oracle APEX .
• Design and integrate applications with internal and external systems through REST APIs / RESTful Services .
• Work closely with business analysts, architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support deployments, release management and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Identify technical risks and propose appropriate solutions and improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience with Oracle APEX .
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and PL/SQL .
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.
• Good knowledge of SQL, database modelling and query optimisation .
• Experience with REST APIs / ORDS and system integrations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS in the context of Oracle APEX applications.
• Experience with authentication, authorisation and application security within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Understanding of software architecture, development standards and design principles.
• Experience with Git / version control and software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers and performing code reviews.
• Experience with performance tuning and database optimisation .
• Strong technical leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to combine hands-on development with technical coordination.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Autonomous, proactive and quality-oriented.
• Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) .
• Experience migrating legacy or low-code applications to Oracle APEX .
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices applied to Oracle/APEX environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
