Api Automation Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Core Java, and BDD Cucumber for API and UI testing.
• Integrate automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure test coverage and timely defect resolution.
• Maintain test cases and track defects using JIRA, Zephyr, or equivalent tools.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber (BDD).
• Hands-on experience with TestNG, Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with REST API automation tools (e.g., RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and test lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
