API Developer

Key Responsibilities

API Development

• Develop, maintain, and enhance RESTful APIs using clean, scalable, and efficient C# code.
• Participate in the design and implementation of backend services that support business applications.
• Ensure API performance, reliability, and security through best development practices.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with Systems Analysts and senior developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team discussions to support continuous improvement.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications, APIs, console applications, and scheduled batch processes.
• Monitor and optimize system performance while ensuring application stability and maintainability.

Technical QualificationsCore Development & Frameworks

• At least 2 years of professional experience in backend development using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET 8+.
• Hands-on experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience creating or maintaining console applications and scheduled batch processes.
• Proficient in working with JSON and XML data formats.

Database & Data Management

• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Strong understanding of SQL fundamentals, including the ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize database queries.

DevOps & Development Tools

• Proficiency in Git version control, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Docker containers and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern cloud-native development practices.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and API testing tools.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application performance optimization.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
