API Integration Support Specialist

• Offer expert technical support/guidance and best practice to partner’s developer team and internal teams regarding API usage, integration, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve day-to-day technical issues while managing and responding to project onboarding requirements for company's API integrations.
• Conduct production testing and validation of API endpoints and integration scenarios to confirm functionality and integrity before partner deployment.
• Manage and synchronize communication streams regarding project timelines, updates, and requirements to guarantee complete alignment across internal development teams, external partners, and all technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support, app support, system integration, software development role
• Superior written and verbal communication skills (TH / EN) to explain complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
