Role & Responsibilities

• Source and identify reliable API manufacturers, suppliers and traders
• Handle API purchase, procurement and sourcing activities
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, MOQ, availability, lead time and payment terms
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers
• Compare quotations and manage purchase orders
• Develop and maintain strong supplier/vendor relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for API requirements
• Follow up on order confirmation, dispatch and delivery
• Support API sourcing requirements for Africa & Southeast Asian markets
• Maintain supplier and procurement records

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in API Purchase / Procurement
• Strong API knowledge
• Experience with API manufacturers/suppliers/traders
• Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
