Join Us in Driving Digital Solutions for Asia Pacific Businesses

Are you passionate about technology, APIs, integrations, and helping clients solve complex business challenges?

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to bridge the gap between technology and business. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with clients, commercial teams, and technology experts to design, implement, and optimize solutions that help businesses make smarter decisions using Coface's data and services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys consulting, problem-solving, and collaborating with clients across the Asia Pacific region.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be a Trusted Technical Advisor

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Guide clients through implementation journeys and integration projects.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Deliver Innovative Solutions

• Lead API and SSO integration initiatives.
• Support technical scoping, solution design, and implementation activities.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical workshops.
• Develop solution documentation, workflows, and implementation plans.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner with regional sales, solution delivery, and global technology teams.
• Serve as the key technical contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Contribute ideas and identify new opportunities to leverage Coface data and technology.

Drive Customer Success

• Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Ensure customers maximize the value of our products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in solution consulting, technical delivery, system integration, solution architecture, or a similar role.
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and authentication technologies such as SSO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management or implementation experience.
• Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Knowledge of data services, SaaS solutions, or B2B technology platforms.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese language to deal with mandarin speaking stakeholders is essential.
