About the role

Ecosparkling is seeking a Pharmacist (Apoteker) to join our team in Sukawati, Bali. This is a vital core role where you will spearhead our Research & Development (R&D), oversee daily production workflows, and lead our regulatory compliance and government liaising efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate, test, and refine natural body care and home care products, ensuring alignment with sustainability standards, safety profiles, and efficacy goals
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency
• Manage compliance workflows, documentation, and licensing (such as BPOM and CPKB standards) while acting as the primary liaison for government agencies and regulatory bodies
• Implement and monitor strict quality assurance protocols throughout the production lifecycle

About you

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Sarjana Farmasi) and a professional Pharmacist degree (Profesi Apoteker), with an active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker)
• Fresh graduates are warmly welcome to apply, as well as candidates with early-career experience in cosmetic, herbal, or personal care manufacturing
• Must be willing to work on-site full-time in Sukawati, Bali
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, and comfortable communicating with regulatory officials
• Passion for green technology, natural living, and sustainable business is a strong plus
