About the role

Klinik Fertilitas Bocah Indonesia is seeking a qualified Apoteker (Pharmacist) to join our healthcare team in North Jakarta. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective management of pharmaceutical services within our fertility clinic. As an Apoteker, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical advice, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be essential to supporting our clinical operations and ensuring optimal patient care throughout their fertility treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely to patients in accordance with prescriptions and pharmaceutical regulations
• Maintain comprehensive records of all pharmaceutical transactions and inventory management
• Provide professional pharmaceutical advice to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects and contraindications
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian pharmaceutical laws, regulations and professional standards
• Manage and monitor pharmaceutical stock levels, ordering and storage to maintain optimal inventory
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient treatment protocols and ensure appropriate medication selection
• Conduct regular quality checks on medications and ensure proper storage conditions
• Provide patient education on medication adherence and proper administration techniques
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics standards

What we're looking for

• Valid licence as an Apoteker (Pharmacist) recognised by the Indonesian pharmaceutical regulatory body
• Formal qualification in Pharmacy with a recognised degree from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical pharmacy or healthcare setting, preferably within a fertility or specialist medical clinic
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, drug interactions and patient safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, compassionate pharmaceutical advice to patients
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate pharmaceutical records and inventory management systems
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical practice
• Professional demeanour and commitment to patient confidentiality
