JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian dan informasi obat kepada pelanggan
Memastikan operasional apotek berjalan sesuai standar prosedur dan peraturan yang berlaku
Mendukung pencapaian target penjualan dan kepuasan pelanggan.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Pendidikan minimal S1 Farmasi dan telah menyelesaikan program profesi Apoteker (memiliki STRA aktif).
Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di industri ritel farmasi.
Menguasai pelayanan farmasi klinis, termasuk pengkajian resep, PIO, PTO, dan counseling pasien.
Memahami prosedur pengelolaan obat, stok, dan regulasi kefarmasian.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan.
Teliti, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
Mampu beradaptasi dengan sistem digital dan prosedur operasional apotek modern.
