What they need
岗位工作内容 ：
负责站内多触达渠道及核心资源位管理（Push、站内信、弹窗等），统筹资源位运营机制；
搭建并持续优化触达治理体系，包括限频规则、资源优先级及多业务线协调机制；
负责 EDM 体系效率及成本管理，提升整体触达ROI；
建立数据归因及效果评估机制，通过实验和数据分析支持业务决策；
推动运营策略产品化，协同产研及业务线持续完善触达中台能力。
要求：
3-5年以上互联网运营/增长运营经验；
有大型互联网平台或知名CEX中台、增长运营背景优先；
需要具备较强策略能力、数据分析能力及复杂业务协同推进能力；
希望候选人具备成熟的体系化运营经验，能够较快承接当前业务需求
