App (Module) Lead

About the Role

Cubic Logics is looking for a passionate Module / Application Lead to own the development and delivery of specific product modules within our Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

This is a hands-on development role where youll work closely with senior architects and product teams while guiding junior developers, reviewing code, and ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using SharePoint Online, React JS, Node.js and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Own assigned modules and ensure successful delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Break down requirements into technical tasks and coordinate execution with team members.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous product improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and release activities.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.

Required Skills

• 35 years of software development experience.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development.
• Good knowledge of React, Redis, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration development.
• Experience using Git and modern development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SPFx development.
• Exposure to Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
