Job Summary:

We are looking for an Apparel Decorator who can navigate the tacticle precision of multi-head embroidery digital world of embroidery and some assist at times navitgating DTG printing. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming blank garments into high-quality finished products using different decoration techniques. You will be the primary operator for our high-end decoration equipment, ensuring that every digital file translates perfectly onto fabric—whether it’s a high-density embroidered logo or a full-color photographic print.

Key Responsibilities

Embroidery Operations:

• Hooping & Setup: Select the correct hoop size and backing (stabilizer) for various fabric types (hats, hoodies, polos, jackets, ect).
• Machine Operation: Monitor thread tension, perform color changes, and clear "bird nests" or thread breaks quickly to minimize downtime.
• Finishing: Trim jump-stitches, and remove excess backing for a retail-ready finish.
• Quality Control: Inspect every garment for accuracy and thread tension.

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Operations:

• Pre-Treatment: Expertly apply pre-treatment solution to garments to ensure vibrant white under-bases and long-lasting prints.
• RIP Software: Manage print queues and adjust color profiles using RIP software to match customer expectations.
• Maintenance: Perform daily head cleanings, nozzle checks, and waste-ink management to keep the machines running at peak performance.
• Heat Curing: Manage the drying/curing process via conveyor dryer and heat press
• Quality Control: Inspect every garment for ink consistency, registration accuracy

Company attire will be provided upon completing probationary period. Most of your duties will be in a temperature controlled environment all year around. Valid, clean driver's license is required, as well as a good work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Some occasional lifting of 40-80lbs could be necessary. Overtime hours possible as needed by the employer.
