Apparel Development / SMS Coordinator

Main Responsibility:

1. Track all product development from SMS(Salesmen Sample) through PPS(Pre-Production Sample), including all supplier requests within PLM.

2. Ensure all WIP entries are completed accurately by suppliers; maintain and manage WIP records in the shared Box folder (per supplier) prior to each meeting.

3. Enter and maintain all 1P/TP due dates and proto ex-factory dates are adhered to by the development calendar deadlines.

4. Manage the Salesmen Sample ordering and system setup process for all regions and suppliers.

5. Coordinate with the AP Material Team to ensure timely delivery of SMS fabrics.

6. Responsible for tracking Salesmen Samples and ensure SMS on-time delivery for Asia and ROW regional suppliers.

7. Develop proficiency in style setup processes within PLM and SAP.

Key Competency:

1. College degree or above.

2. 3 years in apparel/footwear/accessories production minimum.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to analyze business data, good recognition of managing priorities, problem solving, and shifting focus quickly as needed.

4. Good written and spoken English skills.

5. Background with SAP, PLM, Tableau is preferred.
