Apparel Merchandiser

该职位来源于猎聘 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, proactive Apparel Merchandiser to manage end-to-end product lifecycles, from sample development to final shipment. You will serve as a vital link between customers, factory suppliers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality standards, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development -Supports customer in product development, includes garment, accessories, prints and embroideries, etc.
• Follow up and track samples and ensure their on-time delivery with required quality -Negotiate product price with garment suppliers, control and judge costing -Sourcing new innovation in Apparel textile fields
• Production and Quality -Review / comment / measure samples, to facilitate inspection and production -Prevent and solve problem relating to product design, quality and delivery proactively by regular communicate with customers and suppliers -Initial and organize fabric and garment testing to prevent quality problem -CSR control: maintain the factory sourcing standard as BSCI audit valid -Inline and final inspection -Salesman/ shipment sample collecting and filing
• Order follow-up -Input order data into system -Follow-up production status in order to reach an on-time delivery -Shipment follow up
• Responsible for other tasks assigned by superior Requirements: -Bachelor or above degree, major in garment or textile is preferable -3 years or above merchandising working experience in garment field -Good garment knowledge, including the knowledge of functional fabrics, accessories and testing -Customer-oriented and service-minded -Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
• Good command of oral and written English -Ability to work independently and team player demanding -Willing to learn, interested in garment knowledge and new products
• Familiar with European market is plus -Willing to travel
