Production Coordinator
We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team at Verdin Bridal.

This role is will provide support our production operations: managing samples, tracking factory orders, communicate with factories overseas. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and is comfortable collaborating directly with local factories.

Duties

• Coordinate daily production schedule
• Monitor production workflows
• Analyze Excel data reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs),
• Maintain accurate records of production activities
• Assist in Quality Control
• Excel proficient
• Manage the WIP (work in progress) and update it on company's system
• Responsible for communicating with factories
• Ordering fabrics
• Updating fabric inventory
• Keep team updated on current production status

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in apparel production, preferably in high end bridal
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Basic understanding of manufacturing management systems and operations management principles
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills
• Problem solving skills

Pay: From $57,000.00 per year
