Role: Appian Developer / Client Solutions Architect
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai , Pune , Mumbai , Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical solutions using the Appian BPM Suite.
• Design integration requirements with third-party platforms and web services.
• Design and implement data models.
• Define architectural and development standards following Appian and client best practices.
• Perform Appian application deployments.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure overall delivery quality.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
• Work with global teams, business users, architects, and technical teams to understand business processes and system requirements.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• 68 years of experience in Appian Architecture / Design / Development.
• Appian Level 1 Credential preferred.
• Strong experience in Appian BPM / Low-Code solutions.
• Experience with Java / Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with J2EE platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS – Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience in distributed environments.
• Experience with external integrations / Web Services.
• Strong logical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with application deployment and code reviews.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Process Engineering and Low-Code solutions.
• Demonstrable experience with AI/ML implementations.
• Client Solutions Architecture experience.
• Program management experience including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Experience managing global teams in a dynamic environment.
