Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Appian to guide our technical team in delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Appian and will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of applications, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support in Appian development.
• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure project alignment.
• Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development of project documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Appian development, including process modeling, interface design, and integration.
• Proficient in Appian architecture and deployment best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other development tools and technologies, such as .NET, SQL, or web services.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
• Certifications in Appian or related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a technical lead role.
