We are looking for Appian Developer who wants to learn and transform his career.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Appian low-code platform
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Build and maintain SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, rules, and integrations
• Design and manage data models, records, and data stores
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Ensure solutions follow Appian best practices, performance, and security standards
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
• Support application deployments across multiple environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issues
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years hands-on Appian development
• Strong knowledge of Appian objects: SAIL, process models, records, sites, reports
• Experience integrating Appian with external systems and services
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Experience working across the full SDLC (design, build, test, deploy, support)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent English
• Appian Level 2 (Senior) or Level 3 (Lead) Certification
• Experience with Java, plug-ins, or custom integrations
• Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD practices
• Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
• Prior experience mentoring or leading developers
