Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Apple Phone Repair Technician to join our innovative tech support team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Apple mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and related accessories. Your expertise will ensure that customers receive prompt, high-quality service while maintaining the highest standards of technical proficiency. Duties

• Perform comprehensive repairs on Apple smartphones, tablets, and related devices, including screen replacements, battery swaps, camera repairs, and internal component troubleshooting.
• Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment to execute precise hardware repairs and electrical soldering tasks.
• Conduct hardware diagnostics to identify issues with device components such as motherboards, connectors, and circuits.
• Troubleshoot software problems related to iOS operating systems and other Apple software environments; assist customers with device setup and configuration.
• Maintain detailed repair logs and documentation for each device serviced; ensure quality control standards are met consistently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and offering technical support for mobile devices and consumer electronics.
• Perform routine hardware maintenance on devices and assist with desktop computer repair or peripheral troubleshooting when needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in mobile device repair, specifically with Apple products such as iPhones, iPads, or MacBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Android, Windows, macOS operating systems along with expertise in hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with soldering techniques for electrical repairs on small electronic components.
• Hands-on experience with desktop computer repair, printer and copier repair is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly and accurately while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
• Prior work supporting consumer electronics repair or IT support roles is highly desirable.
• Technical proficiency in using various hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and software troubleshooting tools to resolve hardware or software issues efficiently.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
