Apple Repair Technician

MacExperience, an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Fishers, IN, is hiring a full-time Apple Repair Technician. This hands-on iPhone and Mac repair technician role covers cell phone repair, device diagnostics, and Apple service work, plus cross-training in customer service at the front counter. We pay for Apple certification, and you’ll earn it on company time.

Most of your day is on the bench: diagnosing Apple devices, doing iPhone repairs, and handling the Apple service process from check-in to pickup. Speed and accuracy matter equally. You’ll work toward repair KPIs and follow Apple’s required processes, so you’ll do well here if you’re both efficient and precise.

We’re a small team, so our techs also learn the front counter. You’ll check in devices, give customers repair updates, and sometimes help someone pick the right accessory or AppleCare plan. Repair skill matters most. Customer skills are something we’ll train.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose Apple device issues and build accurate repair quotes
• Complete iPhone repairs efficiently and meet target KPIs
• Follow Apple-required service processes accurately and with care
• Check in parts and manage repair inventory
• Process service paperwork and keep repair records accurate
• Cross-train on the front counter: greet customers, check devices in, and explain repair status clearly
• Answer phones and follow up with customers promptly and professionally
• Keep the bench and store clean, organized, and professional

What We’re Looking For

• A steady hand and patience for small, precise work
• iPhone or Mac repair experience preferred, but not required
• Detail-oriented and efficient, able to keep several repairs moving at once
• Comfortable working with customers, or willing to learn
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willing to earn Apple’s ACST and ACRT certifications (we provide the time and support)
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
