Sales Associate – Megabyte Computer Center (Rogers, AR)

For 40 years, Megabyte Computer Center has been Northwest Arkansas's locally owned home for Apple. As Arkansas's first Apple Premier Partner, we serve everyone from first-time Mac buyers to local businesses, schools, and churches, and we hold every interaction to one standard: a premier customer experience.

We're looking for a Sales Associate who loves technology, enjoys people, and wants to help customers find the right fit rather than just make a sale.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and learn what they actually need
• Demo Apple products and recommend solutions that fit
• Guide customers through purchases and close sales
• Check in devices for repair and create service tickets
• Follow up with customers on sales and service updates
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Keep the sales floor organized and inviting

What we're looking for

• Familiarity with Apple products (you don't need to know everything, but curiosity is a must)
• Friendly, clear communication, including explaining tech to non-technical customers
• Reliability and attention to detail, especially with money and service tickets
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Starting at $15.50/hour
• In person at our Rogers store
