Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and delivery vehicles to transport appliances to residential or commercial locations.
• Load and unload appliances with care, ensuring items are secured during transit to prevent damage.
• Install, assemble, and perform basic repairs on appliances as needed, utilizing schematics and mechanical knowledge.
• Conduct thorough inspections of appliances for defects or issues before delivery, including refrigeration or HVAC units.
• Communicate professionally with customers during delivery appointments, providing excellent customer service and answering questions.
• Troubleshoot electrical or mechanical problems on-site, utilizing your appliance repair skills and understanding of schematics.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately, including logs of delivered items, inspection reports, and service notes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with appliance or field service deliveries.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and perform basic equipment repair.
• Familiarity with appliance systems such as refrigeration, HVAC, electrical components, and assembly processes.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy appliances safely and work in various environmental conditions.

Pay: $200.00 - $215.00 per day

Work Location: On the road
