East Coast Appliance is looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Home Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing service team in the Tidewater area.

About the Position

As a Home Appliance Repair Technician, you will travel to customers’ homes throughout the local Tidewater area to diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of residential appliances.

You will work on:

Refrigerators

Washers and dryers

Dishwashers

Gas and electric ranges

Microwave ovens

Trash compactors

And other major household appliances

We service appliances sold through East Coast Appliance as well as provide warranty and customer-paid service calls. With a strong year-round customer base, our service technicians stay busy throughout the year.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience repairing home appliances

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

A valid driver’s license and good driving record

Excellent customer-service and communication skills

A professional, dependable, and positive attitude

The ability to work independently and manage daily service calls efficiently

Pride in providing quality workmanship and representing the company professionally in customers’ homes
