Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to identify root causes efficiently.
• Perform repairs on various appliances, including electrical work, plumbing connections, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components.
• Install new appliances following manufacturer specifications and safety standards, ensuring proper assembly and setup.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, ladder use, and specialized equipment to complete repairs and installations accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan.
• Operate company vehicles safely to reach customer locations promptly while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout every interaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in appliance repair or maintenance with a strong understanding of electrical systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical components.
• Familiarity with reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with appliance installation, assembly, and repair using hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) procedures to maintain equipment functionality efficiently.
• Ability to operate electrical work tools safely and perform basic electrical troubleshooting tasks.
• Experience working with company vehicles or similar fleet operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills coupled with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
