Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical appliance issues
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Assemble and disassemble appliances as required for repairs or part replacements
• Clearly explain repair issues and solutions to customers
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A professional, customer-focused attitude
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Appliance repair experience or the ability to read technical schematics is an asset, but not required

Important Requirement

A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required. Candidates must use their own vehicle during the probationary period.
