Appliance Technician

Appliance Agent INC is seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential appliances in customers’ homes.

Previous appliance repair experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances
• Troubleshoot appliance issues accurately and efficiently
• Travel to customers’ homes for scheduled service calls
• Explain repairs and proper appliance use to customers
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Maintain accurate service information and documentation
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, phone, and equipment
• Follow company safety and service procedures

Qualifications

• Previous professional appliance repair experience required
• Experience diagnosing and repairing multiple appliance types
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently in customers’ homes
• Dependable and punctual

Experience:

• Appliance repair: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
