Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Appliance Technician to join our service team, providing expert repair and maintenance of a wide range of household appliances. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Appliance Technician will be responsible for diagnosing problems and performing repairs.

Duties

• Diagnose appliance malfunctions using technical schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers utilizing hand tools and power tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical issues with precision.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and addressing client concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent on each job.

Experience

• Proven experience in appliance repair or field service roles with a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches; power tools including drills and saws; and specialized equipment for appliance repair.
• Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly in compliance with safety regulations.
• Strong customer service skills combined with technical expertise to deliver professional support in diverse environments.
• Electrical experience including wiring repairs or replacements is highly desirable.
• Basic plumbing skills for appliance water connections are beneficial.

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
