Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to identify root causes efficiently.
• Perform repairs on appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and other household units utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance on appliances to prevent future failures and extend product lifespan.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair procedures, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience.
• Maintain detailed service records, parts inventory logs, and complete all documentation accurately for each job performed.

Experience

• Proven experience in appliance repair or field service roles involving troubleshooting and repairing household appliances.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in refrigeration systems, electrical work, plumbing connections, and equipment assembly.
• Skilled in reading schematics and ladder diagrams for electrical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) tasks using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical components essential for diagnosing complex appliance issues.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients.
