Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various household appliances using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques
• Install new appliances accurately following manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Perform routine maintenance to extend appliance lifespan and optimize performance
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to disassemble, assemble, and repair appliances
• Interpret electrical work, plumbing connections, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components during repairs
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience
• Operate company vehicles safely for on-site visits and deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience with appliance repair, installation, and maintenance across diverse brands and models
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with schematics and ladder diagrams
• Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment issues related to refrigeration, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical parts
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, electrical testing devices, and assembly techniques
• Ability to read technical diagrams such as schematics and ladder logic for troubleshooting complex systems
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward resolving client concerns effectively
• Experience working with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) procedures in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely and responsibly
• Knowledge of electrical work, plumbing systems, refrigeration technology, and appliance assembly processes is highly desirable

Pay: $20.00 - $37.26 per hour
