Position Overview

A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Finance ERP / Applications Analyst to support and strengthen its financial applications environment.

This position will work across the finance application lifecycle, supporting systems and workflows related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payroll, and other core financial processes .

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting financial or ERP applications—not simply using the systems from an accounting or finance perspective.

The current environment includes Oracle ERP, Strata, and Kronos/UKG . Experience with one or more of these platforms is highly desirable; experience with all three is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on application support for financial and ERP systems.
• Support financial workflows across accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
• Troubleshoot application, interface, workflow, and system-related issues.
• Work with Finance, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders to identify and resolve application needs.
• Assist with system configuration, testing, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization.
• Investigate application and interface issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• Help improve financial system processes and workflows across the organization.
• Support the continued development and build-out of the organization's finance application service area.

Desired Experience

• Hands-on experience supporting ERP or financial applications .
• Working knowledge across multiple financial areas such as AP, AR, invoicing, GL, and payroll .
• Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
• Oracle ERP / Oracle Financials
• Strata / StrataJazz
• Kronos / UKG
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting financial system integrations and interfaces.
• Ability to understand financial workflows from both a functional and systems perspective.
• Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience helping build, implement, or expand an ERP/financial applications environment is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The strongest candidate will understand both financial processes and the applications that support them .

This is not a traditional accounting or financial analyst position. We are looking for someone who can get into the applications, troubleshoot problems, understand how information moves between systems, and support financial workflows from beginning to end.

Candidates do not need experience with every system in the current environment. Strong experience with Oracle, Strata, Kronos/UKG, or a comparable financial application environment will be considered.

This opportunity is expected to begin as a contract-to-hire position , with the intent to transition the successful candidate into a permanent role.
