Application and support engineer- UAT

We are looking for an Application & Systems Analyst (UAT) with experience in digital payments to manage end-to-end UAT testing, NPCI certification, client testing, merchant onboarding, PSP integration, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage UAT cycles, client testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Support NPCI certification, documentation, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Perform API testing, PSP integrations, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
• Handle production issues, escalations, deployments, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams, while guiding junior team members.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in UAT testing, application support, or system analysis.
• Strong knowledge of digital payment systems such as UPI, IMPS, BBPS, AePS, or API Banking.
• Proficiency in SQL/MySQL, Apache Tomcat, API testing, and defect management tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
• Understanding of deployment, configuration management, incident management, and NPCI certification.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
