About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Application Architect with strong expertise in Java, React.js, and Python to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

This is an engineering-focused role, with 80–90% hands-on technical contribution and 10–20% architecture, technical guidance, and mentoring. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural thinking with active coding, implementation, deployment, and production support experience.

You will contribute to modern solutions across Public Health, Healthcare Data Exchange, Analytics, AI-enabled applications, and enterprise platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Define application architecture, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Build responsive, modern user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Architect microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven applications.
• Design integration patterns for large-scale data exchange platforms.
• Implement REST APIs and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka or similar technologies.
• Lead CI/CD, deployment, release management, and production-readiness activities.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, Data, and AI teams.
• Mentor developers and provide hands-on technical guidance when required.

• Experience with scalable architectures, integrations, and production environments.
• Comfortable balancing architecture decisions with day-to-day engineering execution.
