Work you will do

• Work on help requests as assigned by Team-Lead.
• Assist in the management of support requests to ensure a response is received in the time expected.
• Implement Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 software application on Finance and Trade or Production Modules and etc.
• Understanding, analyzing, documenting, and mapping the need of client’s business.
• Design process flow to map with client’s business.
• Analyze fit & gap between business and system.
• Make basic design, instruction to developer, testing, UAT support and etc.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 configuration according to System design.
• Prepare User Guide and provide Training to users.
• Support user training sessions to enhance understanding of the application
• Support users for Go-Live and close period of the new system.
• Report task status and key issues to senior consultants or project managers.
• Communicate and build trust with clients to ensure smooth project execution.

If you are someone with:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Account Information System or related fields.
• Experiences of Microsoft Dynamics AX project implementation is advantage
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
• Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.
• Hard working, highly responsible, and quick learning.
• Able to communicate in both written and speaking English.
• Able to travel up country
