Application Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Application Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in guiding students towards academic success. The Application Coordinator will provide personalized guidance, support, and motivation to students, helping them navigate their learning journey and achieve their desired outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of educational principles, and a passion for helping students succeed .

Responsibilities:

Application Processing & Submission .

Submit applications accurately across multiple domestic colleges and international university portals.

Review student academic credentials, transcripts, test scores .

Track Record & Data Maintenance

Team Coordination & Leadership Communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience: 0–3 years of experience in admissions, education consulting, or student counseling (domestic or overseas).

Counseling Aptitude: Strong interpersonal and active listening skills to build rapport with students and parents.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), university application portals, and CRM management.

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and effective written and verbal communication.

Data Management and Reporting:

Generate reports on student performance and engagement.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Outreach and Engagement:

Participate in webinars, workshops, and other outreach activities to promote the company's programs.

Build and maintain relationships with students and educational institutions.

Help to develop and refine the student experience.

Stay up to date on current educational trends, and best practices.
